SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders in Canada and the United States. Sign up to our mailing list to receive your free shipping code. 

Estimated shipping times

Canada: 3-5 business days
United States: 7-10 business days

Express Shipping

We currently do not have an express shipping option built into our online store. If you would like express shipping please email info@barodrywear.com and include your name, mailing address, product name, color, and size. We will contact you and enter your order manually with express shipping. Estimated express shipping time is 2-4 business days and there will be a flat rate charge of $20 USD.

International Shipping

For international shipping outside of North America there will be an additional flat rate charge of $20 USD added to your purchase. Estimated shipping time for international is 2-4 weeks (no guarantees).

RETURNS

All merchandise purchased from barodrywear.com can be returned within 14 days after you receive it. Returns must be unused with original tags on and accompanied by proof of payment. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

To process a return request please email info@barodrywear.com and include your order number, name, contact info, and the name of the product you are returning.

Upon receiving the merchandise at our warehouse we will verify it is in original condition and then issue a refund in the form of original payment that was used to make the purchase.

Retail Purchases

If you purchased from a retail location, your return must be made through that retail location in accordance with the shop’s return policy.

International Returns

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Baro. For any international return requests please email info@barodrywear.com and include the following: Your order number, name, contact info, and reason for return. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. However, you can complete a return and then make another purchase.

Warranty

We offer a 2 year Limited Warranty. We will repair or replace merchandise with manufacturer defects within 2 years of the purchase date. If you have purchased a Baro product and it is found to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible to make a claim. 

Warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, photo of the defect, and a brief explanation of how/when you noticed the defect. To make a claim please email this information to info@barodrywear.com.

Please note we will cover manufacturer defects only. This includes failure of workmanship and materials. This does not include any issues caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or any wear and tear on the product. Baro™ reserves the right to determine what shall qualify as a defective product.
